📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: HEAD COACH APPOINTMENT
Fremantle Districts Cricket Club is proud to announce Chris Greenwood as our Head Coach for the 2025/26 season!
Originally from Somerset, England, Chris brings a wealth of experience both on and off the field. He holds an International Cricket Council Level 3 coaching accreditation one of the highest qualifications in the game.
Chris first arrived at Freo in the 2014/15 season, playing and coaching our Colts before transitioning into a full-time coaching role from 2015 to 2019. After two seasons as Head Coach of South Perth, he returned to FDCC in 2020/21 and has spent the past five years in key roles, including Senior Development Coach and Head of Youth Development.
All up, this will mark Chris’s 10th season at Fremantle, a testament to his deep connection to the club.
We’re excited for the journey ahead and can’t wait to see what the 2025/26 season brings under Chris’s leadership!
